UFleet App

UAPP's goal is to provide a single tool to find all the information necessary for the user of the vehicle: from consulting company procedures and documents, to finding the useful numbers of suppliers and lessors, consulting fines, up to insurance deadlines. Data and news that the driver can download on his smartphone, displaying information on company rules.

Useful numbers

The driver will have the possibility to consult and view only the telephone numbers, assistance centers and location of the Service Point of the Lessor of his vehicle. If you also have a Fuel Card, the tanker's contact details will appear. It will always be possible to contact the dedicated UFleet number and e-mail address to forward any type of request.

Documents and Procedures

Company procedures, the Car Policy, the Car List, the claims forms and/or internal reports can become a problem if not updated and received on paper. Through the U-APP, the driver will be able to consult, download and save all the procedures made available by his company.

Fuel Card

If one or more Fuel Cards are associated with your vehicle, the driver will be able to check the number, expiration date and own Fuel Card circuit. If you wish to interact with UFleet to block the card or report any anomalies, you will need to click the " report anomaly". The practice will be managed by the Operations Team. The Driver will also be able to consult his own fuel consumption.

Fines

When UFleet manages fines, all documents associated with a case are uploaded to this section. The Driver will then be able to check, consult, download the payment receipt, the infringement report and the various associated forms. In this view the information is historicised, therefore the period of interest can be filtered and past data consulted.

Insurance coupon

With effect from 10.18.2015, the obligation to display the insurance sticker on the vehicle, bearing the license plate number and the indication of the year, month and day of expiry, which the insurance company delivered to the insured together with to the insurance certificate. However, the latter must continue to be carried with him by the Driver to be exhibited at the checkpoint. Thanks to this section, the Driver will always be able to consult the associated insurance coupon of his vehicle at any time

Upload Documents

The collection and return of a vehicle require the completion of multiple paper forms. These documents are required for UFleet. With U-APP, the electronic transmission of documents can be replaced directly with a photo. In addition to the reports, the Driver will be able to upload his driving licence, family status, signed assignment and authorization letters, fines payment receipts and many other documents necessary for the life cycle of the company vehicle via U-APP.

KM surveys

Being able to directly enter the mileage of your company vehicle via Smartphone at any time of the day and without having to receive multiple reminders is now possible! The information relating to the KM is essential for the customer, being able to store, analyze and consult it is the potential of the tool.
