The app will allow: 1) Delegates to connect & facilitate meetings: Including access to the venue map, access to personalised agendas with available meeting slots, photos and biographies for speakers, e-business card details for delegates (with QR code scanning), live chat function for delegates, meeting space bookings 2) Promote event sponsors to delegates: Information on sponsors and ability to arrange visits to sponsor stands in the foyer 3) Engagement with delegates: Push notifications, home page news feed, contribute to specific discussion channels, view fact sheets and brochures, engagement in live Q&As and live polling 4) Delegates to be informed: Links to further information, such as links to the AIS website and GDPR statements 5) Analytics for organisers: Following the event, organisers are able to understand engagement with specific speakers, sponsors and events within the AIS.
