Loving someone or being in Love with someone is not a crime, because Love is a beautiful feeling and we all deserve to be loved in our own ways. But then if you fell in love with someone of your same gender then the same LOVE was looked upon as a Crime in our society.  However, our Supreme Court has scrapped Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), decriminalising the 158-year-old colonial law which criminalised consensual gay sex.
