This application was developed as part of UNESCO Beirut office YouthMobile initiative and implemented by DOT Lebanon.

UPEL is a Lebanese NGO whose mission is to protect children in conflict with the law or at risk of being harmed emotionally or physically through access to justice, social services, and preventive actions.

This app was developed to provide easy access to report cases of violence, abuse, harassment, begging, etc... done by or against children.
