Update:
1. Added base components and auras.
2. Implemented the ability to save and change officer talent builds.
3. Added Kill Points and a corresponding ranking. This becomes available with the next ranking and replaces the kill ranking.
4. Increased maximum VIP to level 21.
5. Limited-time avatar frames now grant more powerful buffs.
6. Optimized the Tower Burning system.
7. Only can attack cities connected to your territory.
