FitShow: Treadmill Workout

Thanks for training on our app. This update includes the following:

- Fixed an issue where devices could not be discovered under the Stair Stepper category.
- Fixed an issue where the workout time would reset when training parameters were modified.
- Fixed an issue where resistance values were not displayed for certain indoor bike models.
