Neurostrobe--brainwave entrain

Neurostrobe is an app for experimenting with audio-visual brainwave entrainment using your phone's camera flash, vibration motor, and sound. It uses Android's new flashlight APIs to accurately generate high frequencies.

For best results, we recommend using the camera flash and sound mode and reflecting the flash off a large surface, like a wall.

Audio/visual entrainment is similar to, but more effective than, binaural beats. It uses pulses of sound and light to drive brain activity at a target rhythm.
