Smart Card Toolkit

(NOTE: This is an experimental version!)

Read contacted and contactless smart cards.

Currently only EMV ("Chip and PIN") cards are supported, but the application will attempt to discover known smart card AIDs for any other card type.

A background service can be started that automatically reads a card when inserted into an attached reader.

To use this application, at least one of these features is required:

-A device with USB host mode, a USB CCID smart card reader and a USB-On-The-Go adapter (1$ on eBay)

-NFC

-Bluetooth and Omnikey 2061 Bluetooth reader

How to use the 2061 Bluetooth reader:

Pair normally using the android bluetooth settings screen and according to the 2061 manual. Turn on bluetooth on your android device, turn on your 2061, and open Smart Card Toolkit. The reader should now be ready.

The Omnikey 2061 reader can be bought from "isecuretech" at eBay. If no reader is listed in their eBay store, contact them at [email protected]. Price should be USD 99 + p&p.
