Tide Now: San Juan Islands Tides and Currents

-- Added five current stations. All existing tide and current stations in the chart area are now in the app.
--Added GPS capability to Show Chart activity. If you give permission, the chart command will read the GPS and show a blue dot at your location (assuming you are in the area). A new blue dot is printed every minute.
--Added Show Chart icon on action bar.
