Vision2Action

The Vision2Action app is motivated by the quote: "Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare."

This series of games enables you to understand the process by which you can convert vision into action.

The app begins by providing information through a YouTube video on a particular firm and its vision. The app then allows the user to move through a series of interactive puzzles:

Puzzle 1: Analysis of the industry within which the firm exists

Puzzle 2: Identification of its competitive strategy

Puzzle 3: Identification of its critical value chain activities

Puzzle 4: Understanding its processes

Puzzle 5: Identifying IT systems to support its key processes.

This app contains more than a dozen individual cases, each with detailled background information to understand the correct answers to the puzzles.
