The main focus is to assist you to recognize and help reduce high risk behaviors with the ultimate goal of eliminating domestic violence/abuse, sexual harassment and assaults, and providing suicide awareness tips. You will also find an assessment tool that will aid you in your own self-awareness and resilience skills that are needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
