Dono is a social project, to launch this app seeks to establish itself as a platform dedicated to serving all requests for blood donation required at regional level. Similarly it aims to promote campaigns that encourage society to perform this act that saves lives. Initially we will work in Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area.

In the region there are patients with anemia, cancer, burns or disease that requires blood transfusions permanent. In Colombia, there were ideally between 30 and 40 donors per thousand people (per year); However, the figure barely reaches 16 per thousand. In dono we believe it is a problem about the donation process, and although social networks are a means used to make calls to donate blood, even urgently, these publications go unnoticed and are quickly forgotten because of the high flow information is handled there.
