Upon request we produce all products in other dimensions and shapes.

Baking shafts up to 38 cm wide are made exclusively from one part, while the larger ones are made of 3 or 5 parts, where the joints are reinforced by steel anchors and the finest waterproof and thermoset adhesives allowed for use in the food industry.

All products, except for the blade handle, are made of steamed beech.

Pizza boards and food serving boards are combined with nut (comb) and impregnated with cooking oil in order to prevent water absorption during maintenance.

Our roots originate in the forties when our ancestors started the production of bakery shovels and supplied them with bakeries throughout the region. Today the craft shop MINJA looks completely different, although it still applies its experience from ancient times. With the application of modern technology in wood processing, the quality of our products is at a very high level. The result of this is the use of our products in almost every baker and most pizzerias. We are always ready to respond to the demands and suggestions of our customers.
