Taxbooks X

Second release of Taxbooks X app but with a technical update for Android10. Updates include support for highlights in URLs and fix for error 40 messages on some devices. This is a new implementation of the former "Taxbooks" app with support for the latest versions of the Android OS, the latest publications from Taxbooks GmbH, and a new PDF reader interface with additional markup features. Taxbooks X can be installed alongside the older Taxbooks app.
