Timezone selection on events supported and multiple payments to the same person now allows grouping into a single payment.

Enhancements for 3.97.3 include:

1. You can now select the timezone your event date/time is in and this is shown in the event details page along with your current profile timezone for clearer view on when the event is planned.
2. Support has been added to group payments into a single payment for when you owe the same recipient across different events.
