Care of Swedens Pressure Ulcer

With Care of Sweden’s Pressure Ulcer app you can easily carry out and document risk assessments for pressure ulcers as well as documenting people’s skin and ulcer status.

1. Pressure ulcer risk assessment

Risk assessments for pressure ulcers are carried out here; two risk scales can be used: Norton (modified) or Braden.

2. Skin and ulcer status

A person’s skin and ulcer status are assessed here. You are also able to create photographic documentation here.

3. Reports

You can view all the reports you generate in the app itself or on your computer (iTunes); you can also send reports by e-mail.
