Global teams who would like to learn about mindful practices. The training is suitable for everyone and not depending on any special level of expertise.

Training:

The training is a combination of mindfulness practices, insights from neurophysical research on the functioning of the human brain and presentations on work-related topics.

The training encompasses 6 sessions across a period of 60 days.
