Civil Code - the act in force in Poland
Civil Code - the Act in force in Poland was adopted on April 23, 1964. The Civil Code entered into force on January 1, 1965, with the exception of Articles 160-167, 178, 213-219 and 1058-1088, which entered into force on the announcement, that is May 18, 1964. It was published in the Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 from 1964 [1]. The issuing body was the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic, and the obligated bodies were the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of National Defense.
