Customizable Strobe/Light

This strobelight allows users to do more than in other lights. With the Advanced Strobelight, one may set a custom amount to leave the light on and another custom amount to leave the light off. This application can come in handy during many situations, simply because of the customizable features. To make things easier, there is also the option of setting the strobelight with a seekbar.
