DocuShare Mobile Product Introduction

DocuShare Mobile is an application to use the Fuji Xerox document management system 'DocuShare' from the Android device. You can upload or download files from 'DocuShare' with this application.

●Functions of DocuShare Mobile

- Logs in to DocuShare using user ID registered with DocuShare beforehand.

- Lists folders and files inside DocuShare.

- Downloads files from DocuShare. Application that supports that file format will be used to display the downloaded file (Adobe Reader for PDF files, etc.).

- Send emails with attachment files on DocuShare.

- Upload and store files in DocuShare through application on Android device.

- Supported OS: Android 2.3 / 3.2 / 4.0 / 4.1 / 4.2 / 4.3 / 4.4 / 5.0 / 5.1 / 6.0 / 7.1 / 8.0 / 8.1

- Supported Screen density: mdpi (medium), hdpi (high), xhdpi (extra high)

- Access: DocuShare 6.6.1 / DocuShare 7.0.0

Caution:

- This application is confirmed the operation on not all of supported devices.

- If you register documents with DS Mobile from some applications, DS Mobile may be forcibly terminated.

●Usage Requirements

- 'DocuShare Mobile Option' is required in the DocuShare server to be accessed.

- Register a user account for DocuShare Access Point beforehand. Users cannot be registered from this application.

- A device capable of communicating with DocuShare server over the Internet via the HTTP/HTTPS protocol.

- An application that supports the format of the downloaded file is required to display that file.

DocuShare can register, search or download files through various client environments such as browser, DocuWorks or Fuji Xerox multi-function device.
