EMPATHY (Ena Management PATient's Health & safetY) is the application for quality improvement and patient safety in hospitals, primary cares, or clinics, and other healthcare facilites.

EMPATHY's purpose is to improve safety of patient care, including patient risk assessment, incident analysis, learning ability of one incident and the follow-up, and to implement solutions to minimize the risks and prevent injury caused by human errors.
