Meet local builders who are leaders in better building practices and are helping to advance the efforts to build top-quality energy-efficient, sustainable and yet affordable homes in our region.

The tour features a handful of carefully-selected homes offering cutting-edge technologies and building science features including above-code energy performance scores, heat-pump water heaters, ductless heat pumps, solar or solar-ready options, net zero and additional sustainable-building certifications and designations.
