We’ve worked on an exciting update of the 12-week plan.
The new plan is more intuitive and easier to follow. You will now receive a list of daily challenges to complete. Your daily nudge can be to complete your step goal, try a new recipe or do lower body workout. Tick them off and see your progress for the day.
We’ve also added some new recipes and articles to help you start living a healthy lifestyle.
