* Added a new Pairs "Demo Match" option.
* Added current batters' info to the Over Summary.
* Added toss result, umpires, and scorers to exported scorecard PDFs.
* Ability to delete players created in custom matches
* Alias name now appears in all areas of the match on device
* Allow batter/bowler order to be edited via end match process
* Competitions lists will now sort alphabetically (A-Z)
* Fixed syncing issue with post-match scorecard edits.
