PowerTunnel

PowerTunnel is an extensible proxy server built on LittleProxy that functions without requiring root access. Originally developed as a censorship bypass tool, it offers an SDK for extending functionality, including the ability to handle encrypted HTTPS traffic through LittleProxy-MITM. The software creates a local proxy server that modifies HTTP(S) traffic to circumvent DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) systems without routing through third-party servers or significantly impacting connection speeds. It comes with two default plugins: LibertyTunnel for anti-censorship and DNS Resolver with DNS over HTTPS support. Notable features include cross-platform compatibility, Android support, and the ability to exploit DPI system vulnerabilities for bypassing restrictions. While PowerTunnel effectively bypasses censorship, it's important to note that it doesn't change the user's IP address.
