Tabata Timer and HIIT Timer

Version 2.4 makes a few internal improvements, further improves app stability (we were already at 1 crash in thousands and thousands of sessions but ok 🤷‍♂️) and makes music playlists available to all users. Sorry but the music situation doesn't seem to have any good options right now and this is the best we can do.
