The main function of Torch and Blinks is using camera flash as flashlight (Flashlight) the app design specifically constructed to minimize battery consumption , other feature is the blinking modes .. five buttons for five variable blinking speeds (bigger the button faster the blink) and it is easy and instant switching between all these buttons all this with neat and friendly user interface makes this app fun to use.
