TourZine Wi-Fi Scanner

TourZine Wi-Fi Scanner, developed by BI Nordic AB, is a Wi-Fi measurement android application that provides several features for evaluating large Wi-Fi networks. Some key features include:

- Detailed Network Information:

The app provides extensive information about the connected network, including supplicant state, SSID, BSSID, AP, IP, frequency, channel, channel bandwidth, link speed, network ID, and other relevant metrics. Users can

collect and save this information to a local file on their device for later analysis.

- Reflector Server for Performance Measurement:

TourZineW allows users to define a reflector server, enabling them to measure RTT and PL. More about the reflector server in Section 3.3.

- Real-Time Warnings:

The app alerts users when RTT, PL, and RSSI exceed user-defined limits.

Additionally, it provides warnings when the AP changes. These warnings are made through vibrating the phone and warnings signs that blink in different colors.

- Access Point Management:

TourZineW can be used to connect to a desired AP and only disconnecting

from it when the connection to it is lost. The phone will not try to connect

to a better AP if there still can be a connection to the desired AP
