Valor Arena 2 - Card Battle from League of Legends

Bug fixes:
- Fixed a small bug that slipped by in 0.41
- Fixed a rare bug when players were unable to use couple of their last cards
- Fixed a rare bug when players were instantly losing games

Beta caveats:
- Minimizing the app while loading or in game will cause an auto surrender.
- All players join the same level queue for now
- Server is limited to 250 concurrent games.
