The skin for Weather Notification. You must install the Weather Notification (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.gelin.android.weather.notification) to use this app.

Displays the current temperature in the notification bar with WHITE digits. Adds PLUS sign before the digits for positive temperature.

Use this skin if your phone has a dark notification bar (Android >=2.3 or HTC Sense) and you like pluses.
