New release of ATimeTracker with in total 6 issues resolved + 1 regression in the latest version:

Enhancements:
- Russian translation update + fixes (#21)
- Spanish and Italian translations (#32)

Bug fixes:
- Update causes crash when editing ongoing task #34
- Edit time/Add no time range dialog don't respect 24h format (#26)
- Export view to CSV exports times 1pm and later incorrectly (#29)
- "Restore finished" message after backup (#4)
- Fix typos in Russian translation: "французкий" (#23)
