Fixed a number of bugs that affected stability and performance.

- Fixed issue where app would periodically crash on start up.
- Fixed issue where app would crash at certain times if a network could not be found.
- Fixed issue where push responses were not being honored due to power saving modes on various devices.
- Resolved minimum version requirement for older devices.
