This is an app for recording blood pressure and heart rate.

User input the blood pressure and heart rate data of each measurement into the app, which can not only analyze the laws and characteristics of blood pressure and heart rate more intuitively, but also increase the user's attention to blood pressure and health, and assist in developing healthier lifestyle habits.

Note that this app itself does not have the function of measuring blood pressure and heart rate, and mainly focuses on data storage, display and security.

How to use this software better?

User must always measure blood pressure and record the measurement results into the app. It is necessary for every patient with abnormal blood pressure to measure and monitor blood pressure frequently.

How to ensure data more secure?

Note that all data is stored in a database file in the sandbox directory of the mobile app. If the mobile phone is lost or damaged, reinstallation, uninstallation, and update of the app will cause data loss.

The best way to ensure data security is to regularly back up data files from the app, store them in a safer location, and perform recovery operations when needed to ensure data continuity and persistence.

What are the main functions?

1. Record each measurement information, including: date and time, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, comments.

2. Query, add, modify, delete, clear records.

3. Back up and restore data files.

4. Generate A4 paper size reports suitable for printing. The reports can be exported to PDF or JPG file formats.
