Cobase

Cobase application is meant for managing construction projects. Lead your team and collaborate with other companies on a really easy way. We have created set of tools to do that.

Drawings

Construction drawings are important part of every projects. In Cobase app you can browse drawings, mark tasks on them and add comments. Drawings will be updated for everyone at once if there is newer version. No more mistakes because of old drawings!

Agile task management

In our application we have built in agile task management that allows companies to lead projects and collaborate with other with other companies in order to get better results and make work easier. You can use Task function for sending every day tasks and froward them to right people or Alerts functions to things that are more important.

Reports

All done tasks and alerts end up in work diary. Also check-ins and check-outs by project works. You will get full overview of the day just by taking a look of diary. In addition to that you can create forms and checklist to approve done work. All data is also exportable form app in Excel format: working hours, diary and forms.

Collaboration

We have put a lot of attention for making collaboration easy as possible. You need to give access to project for sub-contractor who works only one day? You want to share construction project with someone? You need to track someone extra work and working hours? All this is just possible with few clicks. Just enter the person e-mail and name and it is all set up!

Communication

Construction is very communication heavy industry and due that reason we added fully functional chat. For every project there will be separate chat room generated where users could discuss every day problems. You can also find different locations and pages from chat.
