Daily Huddle

The Daily Huddle app is an auditing tool for businesses who use lean (visual management) tools for daily team meetings held on the production floor to ensure accountability for meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. The audit helps ensure that the daily stand-up team meetings (huddles) are held, that they are of the appropriate length (2 to 10 minutes), and that all necessary topics are covered.
