Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue where Spirit Arbiter is able to gain Rage infinitely when [Scourge] targets a copied Creature.

Game Optimizations:
1. The maximum amount of Glory earned from a single Raid is now capped at 10,000 (not including any additional Glory earned as a level bonus).
2. The detonation effect of [Flaming Rune] will only activate once now.
