• To implement the vision of ‘SMART POLICING’, a cross platform (mobile based and web based application) is proposed to collect and extract data on real-time basis and to make available to field and office functionaries.

• Data Capturing – Basic information of targeted persons & places along with photographs & identity specifications is collected with option to avoid duplication.

• Data Updation- Easy updation of data related to targeted persons/places.

• Data Management – Unlike conventional beatbook where information is maintained in Silos, data shall be managed at a central server of Crime Branch, Delhi Police.

• Data Analytics – Facilitation of data filtration to generate desired reports within minimum timeframe.

• Performance Monitoring- Data driven performance monitoring of each beat officer/field functionary.

• Preventive Action Plan- Data driven preventive action plan (PS wise) for effective day to day policing.
