Improved Wifi and Bluetooth Scanners with scan durations:
- Wifi scanner now shows a per channel duration, and a total scanning duration settings
- Bluetooth scanner now shows a total scanning duration setting

Wifi scanner also shows a new "active"/"passive" switch:
- active scanning sends probe requests and waits for acces points responses
- passive listens for wifi stations beacons to list accessible acces points

This update needs a device(ESP32) update to be effective !
