Every Issues

This update brings the app in line with the latest version of the Every System. In addition it includes a number of bug fixes and enhancements including:

- Enhanced loading times both for the application start and the adding/editing of data
- The ability to take a photo of an Issue from directly in the App
- The ability to pick Issue responses from a pick list when closing an issue (needs to be switched on in the central system)
