Alpha Build 3:
-added tutorial
-added main menu options view
-added in-game options view
-added cargo dropping on ship destruction
-added ability to recover space debris
-added dead planets surrounded by enemies
-packages will now take damage and can be destroyed/repaired
-explorer ships will now defend their follow target
-clients now require cargo to be delivered within a time frame
-new splash screen
-various bug fixes
