Fixed the issue of the currently entered step size value not being applied until "Save" is pressed.

Note: the "Save" button takes into account the current step value given the selected focal length and aperture, calculates DOF, and stores it so that if you change some of the parameters that affect the DOF, step value is recalculated. Pressing "Save" is not required if you just want to configure the tube with a certain step. What you see on the screen as the step size is what gets sent.
