• Removed deserting when low on provisions.
• Hospital changes: set a limit on the number of treated troops and significantly increased medical supply production speed.
• Gathering speed at resource points is now determined by their level. Total number of resource points is increased by 4.
• Rebalanced in-game economy and added gold resource points.
• Added Tactical Control building which allows you to increase the power of campaigns.
