Janki Delivery Boy

This app is exclusively for delivery boys, enabling them to accept delivery orders, assigned by vendors. Once the order is accepted, the delivery boy can update the status of the delivery at various stages from this app.

The Delivery Boy native app that facilitates the admin and delivery boy to manage the order. It builds a communication bridge between a delivery boy, customer, and admin. It offers the store with a great management technique wherein the store owner can assign the orders to the delivery boys. On the other hand, the delivery boy can accept or reject the orders.

This can help in incrementation of the efficiency of the delivery process as it avoids any sort of errors and inaccuracy.

Key App Functionalities :

• Once an order is accepted by the delivery boy, the Vendor and Delivery boy receive notifications with regard to that order.

• The customer can also track the delivery boy's activities. The tracking link is shared in an SMS once the order pickup is successful.

• Orders categorized into Delivered, Failed and Ongoing can be viewed by the delivery boy.
