-During registration it is necessary to provide two pieces of ID. This is necessary to ensure safety in case LiteWorks is used by citizens of Kelowna

• Possible jobs are divided into categories

• Negotiations between customers and employees over the price: a customer offers a price for a task, employees tell prices for which they are ready to do jobs, customer chooses employee

• Tracking the time when the job was started and finished, measuring time spent doing the job

• When the deal between customer and employee is made, customer transfers money into an account in LiteWorks from where it can be either transferred to employee or returned to customer if the customer is not satisfied with the work and can prove that it was poorly done.

• Compensations offered in cases:

-Customer discovers after some time that the job was poorly done

-Employee fails to perform the task which has negative consequences for a customer, ex. missing a lecture
