About Meteogram

The meteogram app shows a graph of the weather prediction of the current or a predefined location. The graph contains:

• temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit)

• windchill

• pressure

• windspeed

• humidity

• precipitation (rain/snow)

• wind direction

• weather symbols with moon phase

A lot of items in the graph are configurable. Different items can be turned off or on.

Colors of the different items can be adjusted and the line style can be selected (normal, dashed or dotted / thin, normal or thick).

De duration of the graph can be from 24 hours to 120 hours. The duration of the prediction is always 120 hours. The invisible part can be shown by scrolling the graph horizontally.

When the windspeed axis is hidden windspeed is shown between 0 and 12 Beaufort.

When the precipitation axis is hidden precipitation is shown between 0 and 2 mm/hour.

The windspeed and precipitation axis can be put on the left or right side of the graph (when visible).

Widgets

The weather prediction graph can be shown in the main application or in home screen widgets. Multiple widgets for different locations and settings can be shown simultaneously.

When adding a new widget the preferences screen will be started. On top are two buttons, 'Cancel' and 'OK'. The widget will only be added to the home screen when 'OK' is pressed after configuring the widget. When 'Cancel' or the back key is pressed the widget will not be added to the home screen.

Widget configuration can be modified after a widget has been added to the home screen by clicking on the widget. The widget will then be opened in the main application and it's configuration can be modified from here. Configuration settings will only be applied to the opened widget.

Predefined locations are available to all widgets. When adding a predefined location to one widget it also becomes available for all other and future widgets.

The application theme can only be modified by starting the application from the application icon, not from a widget.

On some screens the height of the widget is too small or too large. This can be adjusted in the widget configuration: 'Height correction'. The height can be increased or decreased and will only be applied to the opened widget.

Extras

The time axis of locations in another time zone than the default can be shown with the time of the time zone when an extra app has been installed.
