Many users complain for black screen in video playback. We have found a serious bug in our code in versions 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 that on specific processors cause the graphic card to hang. We have the issue in version 4.0 ! We have tested the 4.0 version in 8 different devices that had the problem with the old versions and .... every is fine!! We hope for ALL!
Please, if even after version 4.0 the problem still exist, send us an email to check it !!
