يعتبر تطبيق نبضات وسيلة دقيقة تساعد المستخدم على الحصول على قياس صحيح ودقيق لمعدل نبضات القلب تتوافق مع تلك القراءات والنتائج التي يمكن الحصول عليها من أجهزة قياس النبض الطبية البسيطة الأخرى.

تطبيق نبضات

يعد التطبيق الحل الأمثل لقياس معدل النبض ومراقبته، وخصوصاً للاشخاص الرياضيين او المرضى الذين هم بحاجة لمتابعة معدّل نبضات القلب باستمرار .

لتتمكن من قياس معدل نبضات قلبك باستخدام تطبيق نبضات، كل ما عليك هو أن تضع إصبعك على الكاميرا الخاصة بهاتفك الذكي، وخلال 30 ثانية ستتمكن من الحصول عليها. ويمكنك أيضا التعرف فيما إذا كانت معدل نبضات قلبك ضمن المعدلات الطبيعية أم لا بعد أن تقوم بإدخال معلوماتك.

It's helpful for people who are watching their resting heart rate for health reasons or for fitness and healthcare monitoring reasons.

To measure your resting heart rate, all you need is to cover the iPhone camera with your fingertip and proceed to 30s physiological measurement. During measurement the instantaneous resting heart rate is monitored in beats per minute (BPM) and the resting heart beat signal is also displayed.
