Software de teste de velocidade à Internet através da rede móvel (NBTC speedtest).

คณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ หรือ กสทช. ได้ทำการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ทดสอบความเร็วอินเทอร์เน็ตผ่านโครงข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่(NBTC speedtest) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้งานจริงจากผู้บริโภค เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลให้เห็นถึงคุณภาพบริการ เพื่อดูแลและพัฒนาให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ผู้บริโภคต่อไป

The Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) has develop the speedtest software (NBTC speedtest) for research the consumer usage to protect the rights of consumers in communication.
