Dong Si Cheng or better known as NCT winwin born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, October 28, 1997 Winwin is a member of NCT who joined three sub-units, namely NCT ​​U, NCT 127, WayV. Winwin made his first appearance at the 16th Music Feng Yun Bang Awards in China with NCT U, on April 9, 2016.

On July 1, 2016, he was announced as one of NCT's second units, NCT 127. His debut performance with NCT 127 was at the M Countdown event, on July 7, 2016. In 2018 Winwin participated in the NCT 2018 project, where this project involved 18 NCT members.
