NDT X-ray Toolbox

We revamped our NDT X-ray Toolbox as a foundation for upcoming exciting features.
Changes for this release include:
- A new customizable start screen. Open the tools which you use the most with a single tap.
- whole new main menu with recognizable icons.
- A wiki-like documentation with further information about the underlying standards and formulas.
- German translation

Changes in Version 2.0.2:
- Icons no longer disappear after pinning or unpinning tools on the main screen
